Definitely! All call recordings eg Dispatcher-field unit, are avaible from within SmartBridge Control and are stored as MP3. SoÂ you can check up on activity, AVL locations, and listen listen to the call recordings within seconds of the call ending, and while you are out of the office.
Yes, and No. If your radio’s eg TP9360 are setup to report back to SmartBridgeÂ Dispatcher, then all their location and call records will be available. If two non-SmartBridge radio’s make calls between themselves, then that data wont show up in SmartBridge Control. All the more reason to make sure all radio’s take advantage of the significant power that the SmartBridge eco-system provides! In future we are looking at pulling call records from certain manufacturers nodes for complete and cross reference able reporting.
